Meet Eli Pynch, our winemaker, for an engaging evening of chatting about our wines, the winemaking process, and our vineyard’s history. Eli will talk about each of the wines that are featured in our evening’s menu. Each wine is paired with bites, crafted by our Events Coordinator, Carrie Sidwell.
Our Menu and featured wines:
- 2023 Gruner paired with polenta cake topped with marinated blackened shrimp drizzled with chili lime aioli.
- 2022 Chardonnay paired with a phyllo cup filled with a mushroom medley topped with chevre’ and green onions.
- 2021 Broken Boulder Pinot Noir paired with flank steak rollup with a chimichurri sauce.
- 2019 Merlot paired with a mini chocolate cake topped with house-made vanilla whip cream.
