Host your Private Event With Us.
We offer one of the most beautiful Hood River Valley venues available for private events. Currently, we have three unique areas you may book: Our main Tasting Room, our outdoor Wine Garden, and a smaller private room in our facility. The Stave and Stone Vineyard Tasting Room
Our custom-built timber frame tasting room is available to rent out in its entirety for your event. The Tasting Room is north facing with beautiful views of our Chardonnay vineyard, Mt Adams, and the Hood River valley. This rental includes the inside of the tasting room, kitchen, outdoor covered patio area, grass terrace & lawn space.
* Due to our Oregon Liquor license, we can not host anyone under 21 years of age in our building or patio.*
Availability: Year-round 7 days a week for 3-hour time blocks or for the entire day.
Capacity: Max capacity is 80 guests.
Rates: Seasonal and weekly rates are available. Please email our Events Coordinator, Carrie to discuss pricing and your event.
Includes: Seating for 80 with tables and chairs (large round banquet tables also available)
An OLCC-certified bartender to pour Stave and Stone wines, local draft beer, local cider, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
Coffee and tea are available at no extra cost. (All glassware included).
PA system with 2 speakers and a microphone.
On-site parking.
The Wine Garden
An outdoor oasis of flowers, plants, views, and a walk-up kiosk for serving food and drinks. It is located behind our main tasting room, adjacent to our Lavender Farm. Our Wine Garden is Family friendly with lots of room, to play move, and enjoy.
Availability: Spring, Summer, and Fall, weather dependent.
Capacity: Max capacity is 80 guests.

The Right Room.
The “Right” Room is a space for more intimate gatherings (max. 25 people). It is a semi-private room with picture windows overlooking our Chardonnay vineyard and Mount Adams. It’s a perfect place for your business meeting, bachelorette party, or a small family gathering. It allows you to enjoy all that Stave and Stone Estates has to offer with added privacy.
